📋 Description

• Own end-to-end analytics projects shaping product decisions
• Apply statistical methods, experimentation design, and predictive modeling
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams
• Build AI-powered systems to autonomously explore data and generate insights
• Translate data into narratives that drive business strategy
• Design experiments and segmentation to improve LTV/CAC

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12+ years in data science or analytics
• Graduate degree in statistics, engineering, science, finance, etc
• Strong Python and SQL skills; build custom datasets when needed
• Analytical mindset with bias toward action and precision
• Clear communication of complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort owning projects end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally
