Staff Data & Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Extend, optimize, and maintain core data models for reports and ML workloads.
• Build ML workflows from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Partner with engineering, product, analytics for data products.
• Implement data quality, observability, governance at scale.
• Document data flows, contracts, and runbooks to aid scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 2+ years building ML systems.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with ML tooling.
• 3+ years with dbt, Snowflake, data streaming, Looker or Omni.
• Knowledge of semantic layer design, dimensional modeling.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, observability, and analytics security.
