📋 Description

• Lead design/implementation of AI-ready data architecture powering customer features.
• Shape data architecture best practices across the org and enable fast experimentation.
• Define AI-ready data platform architecture including modeling, orchestration, governance.
• Partner with Product to design AI-powered features that delight customers.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for data platform design across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience architecting and implementing data systems for AI at scale.
• Balancing short-term experimentation with long-term platform maintainability.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and set technical direction beyond a single team.
• Mentoring others and rolling out data engineering best practices.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into durable data/AI capabilities.
• Experience with AI tooling to accelerate engineering work.
