Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead with technical depth – drive enterprise-scale data architecture and solutions.
• Own the partner integration data plane – data pipelines and governance for DFM AI + IQE with Teamcenter.
• Build for scale – design and optimize batch and streaming pipelines and models for high-volume data.
• Own the full lifecycle – end-to-end accountability from data acquisition to delivery.
• Set the standard – enforce data modeling, CI/CD, testing, and code quality; schema evolution.
• Solve ambiguous problems – navigate cross-domain challenges and deliver aligned solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years in data engineering with large-scale systems.
• Snowflake-focused data warehousing expertise with optimization.
• Expert SQL and strong Python; willingness to learn additional languages.
• Hands-on with dbt, Airflow, Airbyte or equivalent for pipelines.
• Kafka, Spark, Kinesis for streaming; Iceberg for data stores.
• CI/CD, automated testing, contract testing, and schema evolution in data pipelines.
