Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead with technical depth – Design and drive enterprise-scale data architecture.
• Own the partner integration data plane for DFM AI + IQE with Teamcenter.
• Build for scale – design scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Own the full lifecycle – end-to-end data engineering from acquisition to delivery.
• Set the standard – enforce data modeling, CI/CD, testing, and schema discipline.
• Solve ambiguous problems – navigate cross-domain challenges with practical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field plus 5+ years in data engineering.
• Deep expertise with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake preferred; optimize performance.
• Expert SQL and strong Python; comfortable learning new languages.
• Hands-on with data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, Airbyte (or similar).
• Experience planning enterprise data architecture across multiple systems.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, Kinesis and Apache Iceberg.
