Establish leadership by connecting insights to action across the organization
Lead multiple high-impact workstreams with cross-functional alignment

🎯 Requirements

8+ years with Bachelor's, or 6+ years with Master's, or equivalent
5+ years of Compliance/AML experience
Expert SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
Expert in ETL development
Proven track record solving large, complex problems with deep technical expertise
Vision to define problems and manage fast-paced projects
