🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related field plus 6+ years experience
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics supporting ops or product
- Advanced SQL experience, building complex queries for analytics and reporting
- Experience building dashboards and automated reporting with Tableau or Looker
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and delivering data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong ability to translate insights into business impact and communicate with senior leadership
