📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end relationships on Buildkite's most strategic accounts with multi-org ARR.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes and align success plans to enterprise goals.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams across CS, Sales, Product, Eng, Marketing, and leadership.
  • Right-size engagement cadence to maintain executive-level partnerships.
  • Lead C-suite, CTO, and board engagements and translate platform value to business outcomes.
  • Shape the CS function's strategy and operating model to scale with key customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or post-sale roles at top-tier B2B SaaS.
  • Track record owning Buildkite-scale strategic relationships with multi-million ARR.
  • Executive presence and communication across C-suite, CTO, and board.
  • Built playbooks, mentored teams, and led cross-functional initiatives.
  • Direct experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer infrastructure SaaS with deep domain knowledge.
  • Strong commercial fluency—pricing, packaging, and working alongside AEs and Renewals.
