- Strong Linux, distributed systems, and networking knowledge; troubleshoot full stack.
- Deep database architecture knowledge: schema design, replication, sharding, backup/restore, tuning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven automation mindset; proficient in Python, Bash, or Go.
