🎯 Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and launching production AI experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud CCAI (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, CCAI Insights).
- Strong understanding of NLP, NLG, multi-language support, and conversational design.
- Experience in training chatbots by analyzing historical chats and large data.
- Practical knowledge of formal syntax/semantics, corpus analysis, and dialogue management.
- Experience with prompt engineering and building RAG pipelines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python or Java; API integrations with back-end systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
