  • Demonstrated fluency with AI writing and ideation tools; experience designing AI-driven content is required.
  • Experience governing AI-generated content at scale β€” defining review criteria and quality standards.
  • Experience designing for web with proficiency in Figma.
  • Track record collaborating with PMs, engineers, brand and product designers; experience with high-volume experimentation and A/B testing on web experiences.
  • Remarkable writing and editing skills; robust systems thinking; autonomous in ambiguous spaces; ability to ship strategy that becomes live.
