- Experience with technical or B2B products, translating complex concepts into clear language
- Examples of content across web, email, and product interfaces
- Proven ability to drive large-scale information architecture projects
- Experience presenting to senior leaders
- Preferred: experience designing content for complex financial products or regulated industries
