🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in vibration analysis, health monitoring, or related fields
- Experience with gearbox, turbine, or electric motor design/testing for aerospace/defense
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and programming (Python, MATLAB, or similar)
- Build/maintain data analysis software tools with Git/Bitbucket version control
- Knowledge of sensors, data acquisition, accelerometers, load cells, strain gauges
