  • Build and maintain job architecture with leveling and ranges

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10 years in compensation/total rewards in tech/fintech
  • Advanced analytical skills in data analysis, modeling, interpretation
  • Excel expert with complex models, automation, large datasets
  • Experience building scalable tools, dashboards, and reporting
  • HRIS (Workday) and compensation tools (Pave, Compensia, Sequoia, Syndio)
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, equity programs, incentive design
