📋 Description

• Establish qualification process for electrolyte in partnership with vendors.
• Develop strategy to maintain and evaluate electrolyte specs for long-term performance.
• Design and execute experiments to refine electrolyte product integration and maintenance.
• Characterize cells and components using solution-based or materials techniques.
• Define decommission and passivation processes across scales.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or PhDs in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3+ years industrial experience in product and process development.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Experience designing experiments, testing hypotheses, interpreting results.
• Ability to perform and interpret data from analytical techniques (CV, UV-Vis, titrations).
• Ability to collaborate on new methods and practices.
• Experience with aqueous electro-chemistry and related characterization techniques.
