Staff Business Systems Engineer – Order to Cash (OTC)

📋 Description

• Design, optimize, and support OTC workflows across NetSuite.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, RevOps, IT, and Eng to automate OTC.
• Lead ASC 606 and SOX compliant OTC ops in a fast-growing SaaS.
• Implement scalable NetSuite OTC configurations and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years implementing and supporting enterprise business systems with NetSuite ERP.
• 5+ years NetSuite OTC: QTC, SO, Billing, AR, Rev Rec.
• NetSuite integrations via APIs, middleware, and iPaaS (Boomi, Workato).
• Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, CPQ, billing, tax, and revenue systems.
• SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Dashboards, and custom records.
