Staff Business Systems Engineer – Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Serve as domain authority for Finance & Accounting systems.
• Align ERP design (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday) to global processes.
• Define Finance Systems blueprint: GL, AP, AR, Revenue, Consolidation, Treasury.
• Lead cross-functional programs for multi-entity, multi-currency setups.
• Drive AI and automation to accelerate close and reporting.
• Ensure close, audit readiness and governance across ERP.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle Cloud, or similar).
• Deep understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury, Revenue, and Controls.
• Global multi-entity ERP designs with CRM, Billing, Treasury integrations.
• Led system migrations, consolidations, or transformation programs.
• Strong US GAAP, ASC 606, and SOX knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/IS; CPA preferred.
