Define goals with stakeholders, prioritize requirements, ensure deliverables clarity
Drive delivery of system enhancements, support UAT, and troubleshoot issues
Guide offshore/onshore teams through dev, QA, and sprint cycles

🎯 Requirements

8+ years IT with SDLC
5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud hands-on
Experience gathering requirements and implementing Salesforce for sales/partner management
Lead projects with cross-functional, globally distributed teams
Strong analytical, data-driven, communication, organization; after-hours support
Experience with GTM tools integrated with Salesforce (preferred)
