- Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for high-impact issues

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 6-10 years in quality, manufacturing, reliability, or design in aerospace/defense hardware
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; able to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with reliability engineering, quality systems, and ISO 9001/AS9100
- Strong technical depth in design, manufacturing, integration, and/or test
- Travel up to 10%
