Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of AV, broadcast, and studio systems for live events.
Partner with Databricks teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure systems.
Build relationships with partners; drive system strategy, design, and implementation.
Maintain access control for production equipment and systems.
Experience with 2110, NDI, and SDI-based systems.
Familiarity with MXL architecture.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in A/V engineering for live broadcast and studio production.
Experience with multi-location/global systems.
4+ years of experience handling SaaS collaboration tools.
Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS systems: planning, design, migrations, testing, production support.
BA/BS, or relevant experience required.
Excellent communication skills.
