- Collaborate across Design, Test, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to launch battery pack systems.
- Own stations/processes; develop controls; train operators; resolve deviations; improve DFM.
- Develop workflows, tooling, fixtures, ergonomics; Lean/5S to boost line efficiency.
- Drive PFMEA, SPC, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Support MRB and disposition of non-conforming products/processes.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Eng; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in manufacturing engineering/automation; 2+ years in EV battery pack/module production.
- Hands-on launch of prototype to high-volume electromechanical/high-voltage assemblies.
- Deep battery processes: adhesive dispensing, cell testing, potting, pick-and-place, HV testing.
- Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC), APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, GD&T, and DOE.
- CAD/PLM/MES/ERP; data tools SQL/Python/Tableau; automation equipment experience.
