🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining large-scale, distributed backend systems.
- Strong system design for complex, stateful, or workflow-driven systems.
- Experience with validation, rollout safety, monitoring, and maintainability.
- Experience in ecommerce, subscriptions, billing, payments, or financial systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration, with cross-functional influence.
