🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in hands-on backend software engineering.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD in CS or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin; JavaScript, React a plus.
- Backend systems in large-scale service-oriented architectures; full-stack experience a plus.
- Passionate about efficiency, availability, technical quality and system quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive alignment, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Mentorship of senior developers.
