📋 Description

• Contribute to core architecture for a low-latency secrets engine.
• Solve for massive scale with highly concurrent code for M2M requests.
• Shape technical strategy; define roadmap for scalability and performance.
• Mentor and elevate junior engineers to advance SDLC expertise.
• On-call: participate in rotational on-call with SRE and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend or systems software engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep Go development experience; building high-performance, concurrent apps.
• Experience designing or operating distributed systems.
• Secure systems (authn/authz, encryption, TLS, PKI, TLS issues).
• Deep knowledge of distributed storage (Postgres) and data management.
• Experience designing/contributing to secrets management, service mesh, or machine identity.
• API design expertise (gRPC, OpenAPI); reliable, scalable systems.
