📋 Description

• Lead engineering best practices; mentor engineers; deliver impact
• Analyze and solve complex problems across multiple user personas
• Build and scale services and user-facing web apps
• Develop customer-centric, scalable and performant applications and features
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes
• Build new data integrations based on established requirements
• Perform data analysis to investigate and resolve data issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience - 8+ years building scalable distributed systems
• Education - BA/BS in CS or related field preferred
• Technical aptitude - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes
• Ownership - Strong ownership and accountability
• Superb communication - Clear, intentional, and collaborative
• Resilience - Driven, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
• Assurance - Knowledgeable, confident, open to differing views
• Creative problem solving - Creative in roadblock removal
