🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 6+ years in mechanical design, packaging, or thermal management (aerospace).
• Proven ability to deliver mechanical systems from concept to flight qualification.
• Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent) and analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and debugging hardware in a lab.
