Remote role; hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.
Draft, revise, and finalize complex legal documents (pleadings, motions, briefs).
Collaborate with partners and associates on written arguments and case strategy.
Conduct in-depth legal research and translate findings into clear analysis.
Prepare memoranda and other internal work product to support litigation.
Draft client communications and litigation updates.

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
At least three years of litigation experience, focusing on drafting and writing.
Strong legal writing, editing, and written advocacy.
Experience drafting complex litigation documents across multiple jurisdictions.
Excellent attention to detail in written work product.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with federal and state court rules and procedures.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
