Staff Antenna/ RF Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end antenna design from PoC to mass production.
• Lead antenna architecture and RF PCB layout; schematic capture.
• Design, optimize, tune, and validate antennas for size, performance & reliability.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, leadership, and overseas teams for integration.
• Push antenna performance with best practices and novel designs; every dB matters.
• Partner with overseas CM/JDM on implementation, testing, compliance, and travel to China.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing electrically small antennas for consumer electronics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Translate product connectivity requirements into RF/antenna requirements; manage external consultants.
• Hands-on experience with custom antenna design in 600 MHz–3 GHz; multiband and polarization.
• Understand antenna integration with enclosures and mechanical structures.
• Familiar with fabrication methods: LDS, FPC, PCB, stamped metal, ceramic chips.
