- Strong coding skills; knowledge of data structures and async.
- Ability to mentor and grow junior engineers and set best practices.
- Personal projects showing technical excellence and product sense.
- Willingness to work outside comfort zone and grow.
- Interest in mobile industry innovations.
- Nice to have: design and UX sensibilities.
