- Mentorship and engineering excellence; dbt/SQL quality and CI/CD.
- Strong SQL skills and analytics-ready data modeling.
- Hands-on dbt and Snowflake experience.
- Knowledge of data modeling incl. dimensional design and semantic design.
- Experience with data quality, testing, and documentation.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, revenue, billing).
