Staff Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Define trusted datasets and analytics solutions enabling rapid insights at scale.
• Lead self-serve analytics via admin, adoption, and training for Looker and Amplitude.
• Partner with analysts/PMs/engineers to ensure robust, scalable analytics infrastructure.
• Architect production-grade data transformations and models using SQL, DBT, Dagster.
• Collaborate with data engineering on ingestion/pipelines and new data sources.
• Establish data governance, security, privacy, quality, and retention standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or similar role.
• 3+ years using DBT & DBT Core with data modeling concepts.
• Proficient in SQL in Snowflake; strong Looker skills with LookML.
• Experience administering Looker and Amplitude analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience with Dagster or other orchestration tools.
