📋 Description

• AI Security Architecture & Governance: Define standards for Cribl's internal AI.
• Shadow AI Discovery & Remediation: Monitor tools, licenses, tokens, MCP servers; remediate risks.
• MCP Security & Registry Management: Vet MCP servers, maintain an approved registry.
• Secrets, Identity & Token Protection: Secure secrets, non-human identities, and OAuth access.
• Prompt Injection Defense & Safe Execution: Guardrails for prompt injection and approvals.
• AI Telemetry, Detection & Incident Response: Build telemetry and response patterns for AI security events.

🎯 Requirements

• Staff-level security engineering experience: 7+ years in security engineering with scalable controls.
• AI security fluency: Hands-on with LLMs/agents, prompt-injection threat models, tooling.
• Identity, secrets, and governance depth: OAuth, service identities, RBAC/ABAC, audits.
• Security architecture judgment: Designs risk-tiered controls and guardrails.
• Detection and incident response mindset: Telemetry, detections, investigations, and response.
• Compliance and customer trust orientation: Familiar with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, GDPR, SOC 2.
