📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evaluate novel ML/DL algorithms.
• Iterate on data, architecture, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with researcher engineers to prototype and validate solutions from literature.
• Conduct experiments to benchmark techniques and evaluate model behavior.
• Develop tools to support scalable, reproducible research.
• Transition research prototypes into production-ready systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of AI/ML experience.
• MS or PhD in CS or CE.
• Strong debugging for data, training, and eval needs.
• Software practices and version control mastery.
• Proficient with Pytorch and Tensorflow.
• Transformer architectures, attention, multimodal models, diffusion, fine-tuning.
