Staff AI Platform Engineer, Corporate AI Systems

📋 Description

• Define and own the architecture for Cribl’s internal AI platform and LLM deployments.
• Build secure, scalable AI infra to enable safe production use across Cribl.
• Create sandbox environments and self-service patterns for governed AI experiments.
• Design integrations between AI tooling and Cribl’s enterprise apps (Salesforce, Jira, Slack).
• Partner with AI Security to bake secrets mgmt, guardrails, telemetry, and compliance.
• Enable AI development with secure workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Staff-level platform engineering: 7+ years building shared capabilities.
• AI platform fluency with modern LLMs and enterprise AI platforms.
• OAuth, RBAC/ABAC, auditability, and secrets management.
• Integration architecture across enterprise systems, APIs, and event-driven SaaS.
• Practical systems mindset balancing speed, reliability, usability, and governance.
• Cross-functional communication and ability to simplify complex tradeoffs.
