Staff AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own business-critical AI challenges; partner with product, design, and engineers.
• Build end-to-end AI platform with agentic LLM features.
• Ship incrementally; measure impact; iterate weekly.
• Elevate the team; mentor engineers in AI engineering, model evaluation, and prompts.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience building AI/ML platforms at scale (millions+ inferences/day).
• Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals (microservices, async).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production; prompting, latency, cost control.
• Experience designing AI infrastructure: orchestration, feature stores, model/versioning.
• Fast-moving, ambiguous environments; able to decide with incomplete info.
• Mentoring engineers; raise the bar with better tools and practices.
