🎯 Requirements

8+ years software engineering; 4+ years AI/ML in production
BS/MS in CS/ML from a top-tier institution
Voice AI, telephony (Genesys, SIP) and CV/transformers
Data engineering with Airflow, DBT; analytics (ClickHouse, Trino, Iceberg)
Production LLMs: low-latency inference, caching, observability
Observability: metrics, logging, tracing; RLHF
