📋 Description

• Lead ML-driven search system design and development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in statistics, math, CS, or quantitative field.
• 7+ years backend engineering; 3+ years in search/IR.
• Proficient in Python.
• Hands-on with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
• IR concepts (TF-IDF, BM25) and neural search (embeddings, transformers).
• Text processing, NLP, and relevance tuning.
• Large-scale distributed systems experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
