🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience leading complex projects end-to-end.
- Independently own the full product lifecycle from problem to production.
- 3+ years building AI-powered features in production (LLM integration, agentic systems, automation).
- Strong product instincts focused on user problems and outcomes.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and backend fundamentals; distributed systems exp.
- Fluency with AI-native workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent).
- Cloud infra experience (AWS preferred) and full production stack familiarity.
- Exceptional communication for cross-functional alignment.
