- Strong product instincts: focus on user problems and outcomes.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and strong backend with distributed systems.
- Fluency with AI-native workflows (Cursor, Claude Code).
- Cloud infra experience (AWS preferred) and full production stack.
- Exceptional communication across product, engineering, and executives.
