Staff AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own business-critical AI challenges; frame problems as ML tasks.
• Build end-to-end solutions; collect data, prototype models, productionize with MLOps.
• Ship incrementally; break ideas into testable slices; measure impact.
• Mentor engineers on ML engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
• Introduce tools to improve reliability, deployment speed, fairness, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building production ML solutions; NLP, language models, embeddings.
• Strong Python; PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Text-processing pipelines; LLM eval metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, BERTScore).
• SQL; AWS/Azure; demonstrated MLOps.
• Airflow, MLFlow, Docker.
