🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of analytics experience; degree in a quantitative field (Masters/PhD a plus).
- Experience supporting safety, risk, Trust & Safety, compliance or wellbeing in high-volume ops.
- Expert SQL and Python or R; causal inference, experimentation, and ML.
- Working knowledge of schema design and high-dimensional data modeling; ETL (Airflow).
- Ability to work in ambiguity in a fast-growth environment; independent and proactive.
- Proven track record influencing senior leaders and driving outcomes.
