🎯 Requirements
- CA or equivalent with 3+ yrs exp at Big 4, fintech, or SaaS.
- Ownership of month-end and quarter-end close incl. journals, reconciliations, and F/S prep.
- US GAAP and Ind AS expert; IFRS and SOX familiarity.
- Proficiency with Indian regulatory frameworks incl. Companies Act, IT Act, GST, FEMA.
- ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle; cross-functional proj mgmt.
- Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
