Staff Accountant II

📋 Description

• Reconcile cash daily and monthly; maintain GL accounts
• Perform month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage AP/AR; process requisitions, POs, invoices, and collections via Coupa
• Support treasury ops including cash forecasting and bank relations
• Analyze budget vs actual; ensure accurate departmental expense reporting
• Collaborate with teams to deliver timely financials in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years progressive accounting experience including AR, AP, treasury, GL
• Strong Excel skills; NetSuite a plus
• Experience with treasury ops: cash recon, cash forecasting, bank relations
• AR/AP processes: collections, vendor mgmt, invoice processing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
