Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AP; invoice entry, coding, routing for approval (Bill.com)
• Maintain accuracy of the AP subledger
• Manage Stripe invoicing
• Support monthly close; journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist with annual audit; provide supporting documentation
• Collaborate with Controller on process improvements and ad hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• US GAAP knowledge in day-to-day accounting operations.
• Excel proficiency with vlookups and pivot tables.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: NetSuite experience; AP automation tools (Bill.com/Expensify).
