Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Generate accounts receivable reports for internal use.
• Process and record payment receipts; maintain records of payments.
• Send invoices and account statements to customers.
• Monitor and collect AR by contacting customers via telephone and email.
• Research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 0-3 years’ accounting experience.
• NetSuite or ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics).
• Experience with manufacturing or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of AR processes and bank reconciliations.
• Ability to streamline AR processes and drive improvements.
