- Manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting activities
- Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, provisions)
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
- Manage Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Support full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience (GL/R2R/Revenue Accounting preferred)
- Understanding of Indian GAAP and US GAAP
- Experience with month-end close in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
