- Assist with operational accounting, record daily journals, and prepare schedules
- Prepare CBFSE daily reconciliation and other periodic reports
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Source-To-Pay teams for reporting
- Analyze data against drivers to identify trends and issues
- Support CySEC, Central Bank of Cyprus and CIF regulatory reporting
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in accounting/finance roles in CIF or Big Four or fintech
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field; ACCA/ACA/CPA preferred
- CySEC certifications (Advanced and/or AML) preferred
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in IFRS
- Experience working in Netsuite, FloQast and G-Suite
- Excellent analytical skills (Excel), business partnering, problem solving and prioritization
