Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accounts payable; process invoices in Ramp
• Manage vendor onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing communication
• Support month-end close and timely financial reporting
• Reconcile bank statements and manage company credit cards
• Maintain fixed asset schedule; capitalization, depreciation, disposals
• Assist with year-end audits and ad hoc reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar finance field
• Hands-on experience processing invoices and managing vendors
• Strong understanding of the accounting cycle and core processes
• High attention to detail with strong organizational/time-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; NetSuite and Ramp experience preferred
