Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Own core accounting processes, incl. Revenue, AR, Payroll, and AP.
• Execute month-end close and maintain general ledger activity.
• Support audits and tax compliance with necessary documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scale accounting with growth.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years accounting experience in public, consulting, or startups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition; healthcare exp preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA track strongly preferred.
