Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes.
• Support SOX compliance and financial reporting activities.
• Assist month-end and year-end closes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Generate financial reports and analyses for management and compliance.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and regulatory compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and tax preparation with documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excel proficiency; NetSuite experience a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred
